How do I access the guide?

Choose “Discover the free app”, enter your email address, then open the free content. Premium content remains reserved for travellers who have purchased access.

What is in the free guide?

Bali Discovery offers a selection of places, official links to help prepare for your trip and favourites saved on this device. The rest of the published selection, the full map and itineraries are reserved for Premium. Names and details of Premium places remain hidden in the free version.

What are the benefits of Premium?

Bali Premium gives you access to the full published selection, its map and day-by-day itineraries for a single payment of 9 EUR, with no subscription. You can recover access with the email address used at checkout.

How do I use the discounts?

Some partner venues offer a benefit exclusively for Premium members. Check the active offer and its conditions in the listing, mention KOMPLIST when booking and show your valid Premium pass. You book and pay directly with the venue.

What is KOMPLIST Bali?

KOMPLIST Bali is a travel web app bringing together practical tips, useful documents and links, selected places and route ideas. It helps you prepare for your trip and discover the places and people that bring Bali to life.

How do I download the app on iPhone or Android?

Open the guide directly in your browser. On iPhone, use Safari, then Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Chrome's menu, then Add to Home screen. An Internet connection is still required.

Does the Bali guide work without an Internet connection?

An Internet connection is currently required. Offline mode is not yet available. Adding the guide to your home screen does not automatically download all its content.

How long does Premium access last, and which countries are included?

Your purchase covers the full published Bali selection, its map and the guide's itineraries, including Lombok and the Gili Islands, plus updates while the guide is operated by KOMPLIST. Future country guides are separate. Access is linked to the email used at checkout and can be recovered from the website.

Do I have to give my email? Will I receive a newsletter?

Your email address is required to open free access. For Premium, the email entered at checkout is used to open and recover your access. The newsletter is a separate, optional choice.

Can I book an activity directly on KOMPLIST?

KOMPLIST helps you discover and plan. Book directly with venues and providers using their contact details or the links shown. Confirm availability, prices and conditions directly with them.

How can I suggest my business or a partnership in Bali?

Hotels, restaurants, artisans, guides and local experiences can use our Partnerships page and its form. Participation is free and proposals are reviewed before publication. Each partner chooses the benefit they wish to offer.
